Imo, my definition of a flop is someone who is brought in with extremely high expectations and proceeds to give next to nothing to the club that signed them. When it comes to Pogba, he did have some good moments at Man United, like in the 18/19 season where he had 21 goal contributions. So imo, he's not a flop, he just wasn't the generational played that Man United expected him to be.
Almost every player who joins Man Utd have a better career before and after: Di Maria, Falcao, Lukaku, Sanchez, Mata, Mkhitaryan, Depay, Zaha, etc.
So it's not the players. It's the club.

Pogba was revered only because he was Black..To be honest he was the worst midfielder in a United Shirt. Never ran back..lazy with his passes. Lost the ball more then Maguire.
