Is that even a surprise? Di Maria has been extremely successful for all the clubs he represented as well as Argentina, an iconic player for both Real Madrid and PSG. The only club where he failed was the one where everybody else is failing. Just because he had one bad year in England he is perceived as a player not worthy of praise.
My only regret is that Juventus were not able to sign him earlier in his career.
