Leonardo Bonucci to take legal action against Juventus

Leonardo Bonucci will take legal action against Juventus after being placed on the fringes of the squad in the summer, leading to his transfer to Union Berlin.

Bonucci is seeking compensation due to what he claims was a lack of adequate training and preparation conditions made available to him, and professional and reputational damage.

The Italy defender says he was forced to carry out evening training sessions at different times to rest of the first team squad, and never in the presence of technical staff.

He also claims he was not able to access the gym, swimming pool and restaurant, and was not included in the list of eligible players for the championship.

Juventus are yet to comment.

It's weird seeing non juventus fans declare this man a club legend when he snaked them for ac Milan. REAL Juventus fans don't view him as a legend most of them dislike him.

  3. Maybe Maguire is threatening to sue Southgate unless he gets to play for England? It’s the only explanation!!!

He’s a legend at the club, I hope they get relegated again. Seeing how they treated him makes me wonder what hand did they play in Pogba doping situation

  15. 3chords dijo:

Sources close to the Glazers have said that he is their next preferred transfer target……

  16. That was very wrong for a reputable player who has died for the club

  17. Steve S dijo:

Either the autocue was stuttering, or the commentator was reflecting on the name of Bonucci’s lawyer, thinking who the hell wrote this stuff!

  18. stan theman dijo:

  32. Might be missing parts of the full story…Did Juventus initially place him on a transfer list and he rejected offers that came in? i.e The club definitely made it clear to him that he is unwanted? Or was the club trying to force him out of what they think is an expensive contract (i.e constructive dismissal, cost cutting – not wanting to terminate and payout his contract)? I think most other clubs also do this i.e force players out?

  33. Bonucci deserved more respect than he got from Juve
