do you want a realistic plan, or do you want them to lie to us to make us feel better, but then we get upset when it doesn't happen? I think the 3 year plan is a minimum target, they will push to progress much faster through the plan though, of course. But this is my opinion, I might be wrong.

I agree that we need to see a high level of juventinita in the squad. Not sure if a profile like Motta can infuse this like the way we have seen Conte do it. It also depends on player profiles.
